Thank you for shopping with The Mae Edit. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Tags still attached
• In its original packaging (where applicable)
Please note:
• We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, baby items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact our team at info@themaeedit.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges
At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock.
If you’d like to swap an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred size or colour.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in checking all items before sending them out.
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
